- Certificate of Good Standing.
- Apostille of all documents.
- Transfer of stock signed by the undersigned at the Articles of Incorporation.
- Corporation’s books (10 Stock Certificates are included).
- Copy of the tax payment form for the first year of operation.
- Coverage for the first year of the Resident Agent.
- Courier expenses.
Fixed Fees
Every Panamanian SA generates a yearly charge of US $500.00 in the concept of:
Taxes: US $300.00
Resident Agent: US $200.00
Optional
If you would like for EpiphyCorp to offer you the service of Directors and Dignitaries for your SA, there will be an additional charge of US $750.00 per year.
